CT Fury is a nonprofit youth softball organization committed to developing confident, competitive athletes through exceptional coaching, skill development, and a positive team culture.

Our mission is to teach the game the right way by emphasizing strong fundamentals, a relentless work ethic, accountability, and respect for teammates, coaches, opponents, and the game itself. We believe success is built through consistent development, positive coaching, and creating an environment where every player is challenged to reach her full potential.

At CT Fury, player development comes first. We provide age-appropriate instruction designed to help athletes build a strong foundation while preparing them for the increasing demands of competitive softball. As players progress through our program, they receive high-quality instruction from experienced coaches, specialized position training, and opportunities to compete against strong competition that accelerates their growth.

Our commitment extends beyond the field. We strive to develop leadership, confidence, resilience, and character—qualities that will benefit our athletes long after their playing careers are over. We foster a supportive, family-oriented culture where players build lasting friendships, celebrate each other's successes, and learn the value of commitment and teamwork.

As our organization continues to grow, so do our standards. We are continually investing in our coaches, player development resources, and organizational structure to provide one of the premier softball experiences in Connecticut. Whether a player dreams of competing at the high school level, pursuing college softball, or simply becoming the best teammate and athlete she can be, CT Fury is committed to helping her achieve those goals.

Our vision is simple: build great players, build even better people, and create a tradition of excellence that keeps families proud to call themselves part of the Fury family year after year.
